SAUGUS ALUMNI BIOGRAPHY PAGE FORM

Thank you for including yourself on the Saugus High Alumni Page! The Alumni Page is more than a list of names and e-mail addresses; it is an opportunity for you to share with your fellow alums exciting news and personal information about yourself. In addition to the email address you have already provided the Web Coordinator, you may provide information on your location, education, employment, family life, hobbies and interests, and your favorite Web sites. Your answers will become a mini personal web page linked to the Alumni page.

The questions provided below are guidelines. You are free not to answer any question, and free to provide other information about yourself not asked for directly.

What degree or certificate are you currently pursuing? Did you receive any special honors? Participate in any clubs or sports? Obtain internships? Study abroad for a semester or year? Participate in any other special projects in class or on campus?

6. EMPLOYMENT: Where are you employed now? Are you working part-time or full time? What type of work are you doing? Any special honors, events, or other exciting moments in your work?

7. HOBBIES: What do you like to do in your spare time? Sports, music, travel, books...?

8. THE WEB: What are your 5 favorite World Wide Web sites? For each site, please include a general title (e.g. Saugus High School Home Page), its URL (e.g. http://www.hart.k12.ca.us/saugus/) and a 1-2 line description of the site if the name is not self-explanatory.
