Erica (Mimran) Sherlock, Class of 1995

CURRENT LOCATION:

My husband Jason and I recently moved to the city of Henderson near Las Vegas, Nevada and are enjoying our new home. I continue to work as an upper elementary teacher, while my husband works for the Las Vegas Fire Department as an operator/dispatcher.

FAMILY LIFE:

I met my husband Jason over seven years ago now through mutual friends. He spent some time in Iraq when our awesome military members were first sent over in February 2003 - he was serving as a marine - and life after his return back home definitely took on a much more meaningful and appreciative nature. We have had a busy life since, as we were wed in August of 2004, have lived in two homes and two states since then, and just recently found out that we are expecting our first! We are due in June of 2008.

Oh, and of course I love our kitty Misti, who is nice enough to allow us to live with her under her roof.

My parents live in Henderson as well, while my brother and his wife live in San Ramon, California.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

I am an avid reader, and have actually been working on a couple novels of my own. While I crave my television shows, I also love to create projects with favorite photos. This year, I have tried to spend more quality time through experiences in nature as well.
