Gena J. Wellmann, Class of 1994
LOCATION:
Living in Franklin, TN and attending college in
Murfreesboro, TN.
FAMILY LIFE:
Gena says her dad is responsible for her family's
move to Tennessee, and has been employed by the Saturn Corporation since
January 1993. They have two dogs, Sugar, a collie/shepherd mix, and Buster, an
Australian Cattle Dog.
EDUCATION:
Gena left SHS at the end of the 1993 school year and
transferred to Franklin High. She says she missed Saugus desperately, but
managed to find a position as Sports Editor of their newspaper and as Layout
Editor on their Literary/Art Magazine. She currently is attending Middle
Tennessee State University as a History major with an English minor and will
be a Junior in Fall 1996.
EMPLOYMENT:
Gena says she is a starving student, laboring on
minor part time jobs sporadically, but "basically still sponging off the
parents."
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:
Include "talking about myself, my dogs,
and acting like a complete nut. In other words, I haven't changed much." She
has a radio show on the campus radio station called "The Realm of Delirium,"
centered mostly on gothic/industrial/ambient and some techno music. She
loves anything underground/subculture, as well as Neil Gaiman's
Sandman comic series (too bad its over!!), Tori Amos, and controversy.

I miss everyone out in L.A., since I haven't seen any of you since July
of 1993. If you are ever in Nashville (though I don't recommend [coming
here]), look me up. I'm trying to get out there to see some of you soon, very
soon. Keep in touch, I always reply.
