Heidi Christopherson, Class of 1987
LOCATION:
I currently live in Rosamond California. A small little town outside of Lancaster. If you see past the dirt and tumbleweeds, you see the beauty it has to offer.
FAMILY LIFE:
I am married to my best friend Bruce. We have been married for 4 years now but feel like we have shared a lifetime together. I have 3 children from my first marriage. Brittany is 20, Christopher is 18, and Allison is 12. My youngest is Dollie mae my pug. ( I consider her a child as well)
EDUCATION:
I am a State certified Administrative and Clinical Medical Assistant, and Esthetician.
EMPLOYMENT:
I currently teach Peak Performance and Medical Termiology/Anatomy for a Vocational College. It is an awesome job and has been a wonderful blessing to my life.
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:
I enjoy spending whatever free time with my family. Sewing whenever I can and playing on the internet.
MISCELLANEOUS
I want to thank all the Alumni that sent email messages and positive words to me and continue to do so. I sometimes do not have the chance to email back but please do not think that I am not grateful I most certainly am, and would probably not be here if it were not for the hundreds of prayers from you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and from my family as well. I was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer on July 16, 2007. I am doing well today and we remain optomistic for the future. If anyone knows of anyone with Ogliodendroglioma please let me know. My family and I live each day to its fullest and I continue to repeat to all, "Life is still Beautiful".
