FAMILY LIFE:

I just recently got married on June 25, 2006 to my best friend and boyfriend of over nine years, Anthony. Our family consists of one cat and three fish.

EDUCATION:

I earned my A.A. with an emphasis on Education, from College of the Canyons in 2000. I transferred to California State University San Marcos and received my B.A. with an emphasis on Human Development in the spring of 2003. I then spent a year preparing to receive my Teaching Credential at the same school. I received my Teaching Credential in the spring of 2004.

I just recently found my calling to be a Librarian.

I am currently in the process of obtaining my AA in Library Technology and would like to continue my education and eventually receive my Masters Degree in Library and Information Science.

EMPLOYMENT:

I currently am an Elementary School Librarian for the Vista Unified School District and I just love it.

My husband is a Microbiology Laboratory Supervisor at an Environmental Company in Carlsbad.

HOBBIES:

We enjoy strolling the beach which is only ten minutes away, playing with our cat and watching movies. I enjoy reading, writing and Scrap-booking. I also enjoy storytelling and I am in the process of writing a children's book.
