By May we are getting ready to go. In order to give the group a taste of China Mr. Bolde took the students, Chinese teacher Mr. Dee and his wife, plus the Stephensons to a dumpling restaurant. The food was delicious! We had our last parent/student meeting to discuss rules and travel plans. Our plane reservations are made, the Chinese visas have been issued, and we learned the names of our Chinese host families. Six of the students traveling to China are seniors, so they will graduate on May 31, and leave for China on June 1! The other students are taking their finals early, and Ms. Mullen and Mrs. Stephenson are giving final exams early so that grades can be turned in. We are READY TO GO!
