The incenter is the intersection of the angle bisectors of a triangle.
To construct an angle bisector refer to your textbook, page 48.
Remember, the last two arc must be the same length.
It is a good idea to make them the length from the intersections on the rays.
The incenter allows you to inscribe a circle in the triangle.
To do this you would first have to construct a perpendicular line from the incenter to one of the sides of the triangle.
