This class offers is an option to learn Carpentry Fundamentals. Students will build scale models and frame some full sized models of residential

CARPENTRY 1B- Construction Grades 9-12

Prerequisite: A grade of “C” or better in Wood 1A or Construction 1A.

Students will build a “stick” model of a small building using methods for residential construction. Students will also demonstrate construction trade skills on a full sized model. Skills in productivity and good safety practices will be taught daily.
