Enrollment, Update, Withdrawal

Office Hours

Our campus is not open for drop in services.  All transactions will be handled online and by email.

 

 

How to update your students contact information:

1. Complete the Change of Student Information form below.

2. Email to lpedrick@hartdistrict.org or kwiederhold@hartdistrict.org 

3. Include a utility bill for address changes.

  

 

How to withdraw  your student from Saugus High School:

1. Parent/Guardian must email the request to lpedrick@hartdistrict.org or  kwiederhold@hartdistrict.org  and provide the name of the new school.

2. All materials must be returned, such as: Books,ID card,Sports Equipment.

3. Lockers must be cleared out and fees must be paid.

 

 

How to enroll your student at Saugus High School:

1. Parent/Guardian must complete Enrollment forms below.

2. Email to kwiederhold@hartdistrict.org  or lpedrick@hartdistrict.org

3. Include all requested supportive documents listed on pages 2-4 of the enrollment forms.
