Auto II

Satisfies the practical art requirement for graduation.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Auto 1.

Auto 2A is an introduction to advanced automotive systems. This class covers suspension tuning, advanced electrical diagnosis, major engine and drivetrain diagnosis and repair, and shop management systems. This is a non-traditional classroom environment, best for mature students that can work independently or in small groups and possess self-control. All students are required to pass a basic shop safety test with a score of 100% to participate in lab and group activities.
