How to Request a Transcript
Requesting a Transcript - To request a transcript, students must come into the Registrar's office and fill out a written request. If you are unable to come in person, you can mail a written request along with payment and a copy of a photo id to the address below. There is a fee of $5 for the first transcript and $1 thereafter. Same day transcripts are $10 for the first copy and $1 thereafter. The Registrar's office can only accept cash or checks. Checks must be payable to the Hart District.

*Only students and institutions may request copies of transcripts*
