Welcome Parents!

Saugus High School PTSO welcomes incoming and returning parents, students, and staff to the 2018-19 school year. Parents often wonder how they can continue to be involved during their student’s high school years and PTSO provides that opportunity. It’s as easy as becoming a member, attending the meetings, and/or volunteering when you can. Our meetings provide a forum for asking questions, the exchange of ideas and concerns, and a friendly environment to meet other parents. We offer various meeting topics that include college financial planning, college bound course selection, crisis counseling, campus issues, drug abuse prevention, and much more. We welcome your suggestions for meeting topics and guest speakers. Our meeting agendas include our principal, Mr. Vincent Ferry, who provides updates and a forum for questions.

How Saugus High School benefits from PTSO:

  • Fund Senior Scholarship Program. In 2017-18 $16,000 was awarded to Saugus seniors
  • Hosts the annual Boutique Fantastique. 100% of the proceeds goes to fund our Senior Scholarship Program
  • Beverages and snacks provided in reception classrooms for Prom
  • Annual grant donations to each academic department
  • Staff Welcome Back Breakfast
  • Annual Holiday Luncheon for the entire school staff
  • End of school year Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
  • Funding for the trophy and $500 Teacher of the Year annual award

Our 29th annual Boutique Fantastique is scheduled for November 3 & 4, 10:00am – 4:00pm. If you are interested in reserving a booth to sell your wares and help us raise funds for a very good cause, please email

We are looking forward to an exciting year for the PTSO! We are dedicated to enriching all students’ experiences at Saugus High School regardless of GPA, athleticism, or interests. We welcome new ideas and we look forward to seeing you soon. Please see our Meeting & Events page for a list of all the events we have planned.
