The 2021-2022 Saugus PTSO is looking for some new leaders!

Do you enjoy community outreach?
Are you good at media relations or have skills running fundraisers?  Then the Boutique Team is for you.
Boutique Team:  Looking for 2-3 parents to colaborate as a team.  The boutique is held in November and is our main fundraiser of the year.  The team will be responsible for running this event from beginning to end.
Fundraising Chair:  Looking for a motivated parent who enjoys community outreach volunteering and fundraising.

Saugus High School PTSO (Parent Teacher Student Organization) welcomes incoming and returning parents, students, and staff to the 2021-2022 school year.  The PTSO hosts 6 general meetings throughout the academic year, and parents are encouraged to attend.  These meetings provide a forum for asking questions, and exchanging ideas in a friendly environment while enjoying a provided lunch and listening to great speakers.  Mrs. Peterson- Henry, our school principal, attends all 6 general meetings and shares important updates, and addresses  parent’s questions and concerns. Our meetings are held in the Saugus ASB Room at noon.  The meeting dates for the 2021-2022 school year are as follows:

  • August 16
  • October 18
  • November 15
  • February 14
  • April 19
  • May 16

Membership is $11 per person.  You can become a member by:

  1. Visiting and clicking on the link to purchase a membership. Payment options include PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.

  2. Mail a check or money order to Saugus High School,  21900 Centurion Way, Santa Clarita, CA 91350, attention PTSO.  Be sure to include the student's name, grade and your email address.

  3. Have your student pick up a membership envelope at the front office.  Include your payment, student's name, grade and your email address and turn it in to the front office receptionist.



Where is the PTSO membership and fundraising money spent?

*Funding the Senior Scholarship Program.  Last year we awarded  $10,000 to our Saugus seniors.


*Providing Saugus counselors with school supplies for our students in need.


*Catering the Principal - Teacher Lunches


*Offering complementary beverages and mints to students during Prom.


*Hosting the Welcome Back Teacher Breakfast.


*Providing the Holiday Luncheon for our Saugus staff.


*Hosting the End of the Year Teacher Appreciation Luncheon.


*Sponsoring Saugus Teacher of the Year $500.00 award.


We are looking forward to this new year and continuing our commitment to all Centurion Students, regardless of GPA, athleticism, or interests.  We welcome new ideas and we look forward to seeing you soon.
