How to Request a Transcript
Requesting a Transcript - To request a transcript, students must come
into the Registrar's office and fill out a written request. If you are unable
to come in person, you can mail a written request along with payment
and a copy of a photo ID to the address below. Or e-mail the information
to the e-mail address below with the photo ID. Also, indicate who will
be picking up the documents and paying for them or if you have mailed
the fee to us.
There is a fee of $5 for the first transcript and $1 for each additional.
Same day transcripts are $10 for the first copy and $1 for each additional.
We accept cash or money orders made out to:
WM S HART UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT.
The office hours are: Open at 8 am Door Closes
promptly at 2 pm for Fall and Spring
Summer hours are: Open at 8 am Door Closes
promptly at 2 pm June and July
Please call ahead because we have various days off during summer.
*Only students and institutions may request copies of transcripts*

· Year graduated
· Where you would like the transcript mailed
· Phone number and e-mail address
· Copy of picture ID
