How to Request a Transcript
Requesting a Transcript - To request a transcript, students must come into the Registrar's office and fill out a written request. If you are unable to come in person, you can mail a written request along with payment and a copy of a photo ID to the address below.
Or e-mail the request to the e-mail address below with the photo ID and indicate who will be picking up the documents and paying for them.
There is a fee of $5 for the first transcript and $1 for each additional. Same day transcripts are $10 for the first copy and $1 for each additional. We can only accept money orders or cash.
The office hours are: Open at 8 am Closes promptly at 2 pm for Fall and Spring
Summer hours are: Open at 8 am Closes promptly at 12 pm June and July
Please call ahead because we have various days off during summer.

· Where you would like the transcript mailed
· Phone number and e-mail address
· Copy of picture ID
